Andrew Ransom
Music Editor
From the age of eleven, Andrew Ransom was captivated musically by traveling the country every year with his older brother Ward - a production manager and carpenter for the Broadway show, Stomp. Seeing the show in different cities all across the country, Andrew garnered a love for performance, musicality, and instrument design.
After graduating from Berklee College of Music, Andrew began touring the world many times over as a bassist in several different bands. Eventually, Andrew arrived in Los Angeles to pursue a career in music for film & television.
Since then, Andrew has worked as a film composer, scoring sound designer, synth programmer, and upright/electric bassist. He has contributed musical sound design for several horror, thriller and
sci-fi films, including Godzilla: King of The Monsters, Snowden, Happy Death Day, and The Cloverfield Paradox.
