Conchita attended NYU Tisch School of the Arts and then continued her studies at The Boston Conservatory, receiving a BFA in Musical Theatre. Whilst pounding the pavement of NYC in search of Broadway, she worked as an executive assistant at many well known financial institutions from JPMorgan Chase to the Federal Reserve Bank. Conchita now runs most of the financial operations at JTN Music while still pursuing her own interests in theatre and as a professional animal trainer.

In her animal training career, she has worked with a wide variety of exotic creatures, including dolphins, sea lions, penguins, ducks, pigs, lions and tigers and bears (oh my), and her favorite and current species, wolves and wolf-dogs. She is currently exploring the possibility of opening a wolf and wolf-dog sanctuary.

As a performer, she is a member of Actor's Equity and has sung and danced her way through many shows. Some of her favorites include Romance Romance, Big Fish, and Side Show. She just recently opened her own theater company, The Fable Theatre, and performed, produced and directing it's inaugural production in March 2020!
