🇨🇦 Introducing JTN Music Canada ▸

Kyla O'Donovan
Director, Head of Sync
Music Supervisor | JTN Music Canada
Raised on the outskirts of beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Kyla has been involved in the community arts and music scene from a very young age, primarily through musical theatre and competitive dance.
After graduating with honours and receiving a scholarship from Berklee College of Music, Kyla founded her own music supervision company, where she has worked on many projects near and dear to her heart. Some highlights include the feature film Re:Uniting, the documentaries Anything for Fame and The Texas Cheerleader Murder Plot, and, most recently, Season 2 of CTV’s unscripted reality hit series Farming for Love, which earned her a 2025 Canadian Sync Award nomination. Kyla has also handled music clearance for Season 2 of Netflix’s Firefly Lane, among other productions. She has a deep love for supporting independent artists as well as independent filmmakers.
Kyla is a proud member of the Guild of Music Supervisors in the USA and Canada sectors. When she isn’t nose-deep in the sync world, you’ll find her at a live music show, crate-digging in a used record store, or out in nature near the ocean, rivers, or mountains.
Kyla is humbled and honoured to join JTN Music as Director and Head of Sync, helping the team bring the company’s award-winning expertise to Canada. She’s equally thrilled to lead the newly developed sync department and excited for this next chapter.
